One of the best parts about living in San Francisco, is the close proximity we all have to beautiful Marin County. Marin lies just north of San Francisco, across the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay. The beautiful Marin Headlands are home to some incredible hiking and bike riding for those who like to get outside and experience the great outdoors…rain or shine. That is the thing with San Francisco , you never know what to expect from the weather. Sunny can turn into foggy or drizzly and cold in a matter of minutes. But, Marin typically sees temperatures anywhere from 5 to 15 degrees warmer than can be found just south in San Francisco. So, if you are making a trip out to SF sometime soon, be sure to plan a trip over to Marin and hike, bike or shop in Sausalito.
